This Return & Exchange Policy explains the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from jinrayshop.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your restwear and activewear. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please follow these steps:

• Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
• You will receive a return authorization confirmation and the return shipping address within 2 business days.
• Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
• Ship the package to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

3. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and indicate your exchange preference. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the exchange item to you at no additional product cost. However, you will be responsible for return shipping fees for the original item and any price differences if the exchange item has a different price.

Exchange availability depends on current stock levels. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method instead.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned package is received at our facility, please allow 3 to 7 business days for inspection. After inspection is complete, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 5. Restocking Fee

6. International Returns

For customers outside Hong Kong, return shipping costs can be significant. We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions, size guides, and photos before placing an order. For international returns, you are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as we cannot process refunds for items lost during return transit.

7. Final Sale Items

Products purchased during clearance events, flash sales, or marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items discounted by 40% or more, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please check the product page carefully before purchasing final sale items.

8. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipping status. To request a cancellation, email us immediately with your order number. If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued.
